MindVines™ is designed with privacy as a core principle. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when using the app.

MindVines is a privacy-first application. Personal habit data, journaling entries, reflections, and wellness-related information remain on the user’s device or, if enabled, within the user’s private iCloud account.

MindVines does not operate centralized servers for storing personal user content.

MindVines allows users to input personal information, including:

• Habits
• Progress history
• Journaling entries
• Wellness-related reflections

This information may be considered sensitive or health-related data.

However:

• All personal habit and reflection data is stored locally on your device
• Data is never transmitted to MindVines servers
• MindVines does not access, process, or store this content externally

MindVines is completely anonymous and does not use any form of analytics or diagnostic tools, ensuring that you have complete privacy

All personal data generated within the app is stored locally on your device.

If iCloud sync is enabled:

• Data is stored securely within your personal iCloud account
• Sync is managed entirely by Apple
• MindVines does not have access to this data

MindVines does not operate external servers or databases for storing personal user content.

All user-generated personal data:

• Remains on the user’s device
• Is retained until the user deletes it

If iCloud sync is enabled:

• Data is retained within the user’s private iCloud account
• Retention is controlled by the user and Apple

MindVines does not retain personal user content on external servers.

Users have full control over their data.

Data can be permanently deleted by:

• Deleting content within the app
• Uninstalling the app from the device

If iCloud sync is enabled:

• Users may delete data through their iCloud settings

MindVines does not retain personal user content after deletion.

MindVines does not use any form of third-party services ensuring that you have complete privacy.

MindVines does not collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Because personal data is stored locally on the device or within the user’s private iCloud account, security is primarily managed by:

• The user’s device security settings
• Apple’s iCloud security infrastructure

MindVines does not have access to personal habit or reflection data and therefore cannot expose or transmit it externally.

Because MindVines does not store personal user content on external servers:

• There is no centralized database of personal habit or reflection content
• Users maintain direct control over their data on their device and iCloud account.
